I discovered Animal Supply House when we moved out 378 in Lexington. Their customer service is fantastic and they're always willing to help with anything from finding the right food for your pet to helping you out to the car. My last visit, about 10 days ago, Arden was very helpful in suggesting food, treats and tricks to hopefully help my frenchie stop a nasty habit. They really are a great place with the best prices and people!!
I stopped in to the Animal Supply House on a whim after going to the cleaners just to see what products they had. One of our sweet babies has been finicky with her food, and Billy recommended that I try something similar to what she had been eating. I was so impressed by the warm and personal touch of this business owner(rare to find these days) that I will definitely be back. Great place & great service. One of the cashiers- Arden- helped me so much when I came in to get treats for my dog. She was so helpful and really knew her information on the treats/ foods and the perks they have for your pets. I would definitely go back just for the service I received! Really appreciate her awesome customer service!! �

We first want to animal supply when we got our dog 2 years ago for the self serve dog wash. We loved it, we also went back a day or so later to see about food. The owner was a big help in finding a good food for our underweight adoptee. We now go back regularly for Mrs. Cheryl to wash and trim our baby's nails. They are wonderful all around here.
We pulled in after adopting our puppy at a local shelter realizing that we needed supplies for our new addition. The staff was very helpful picking a food, leash and a few toys. We will definitely be returning for future purchases and to use the dog washing facility!
Friendly, helpful employees! Love the rewards program as well as the guarantee on all their food. Plus, it’s the only place in town I can get the Victor high protein, grain free dog food for ALL stages.
