I absolutely love this place!! I’ve gone in with and without my dog and every time the staff members are so kind and helpful! The owner is incredibly nice and he has chosen his staff well. They are knowledgeable about what’s best for your animal and offered me some advice on training him! I bought him a wire crate but felt that he was too cramped inside—animal supply house let me trade out the crates no problem! Took Lila, my Pomeranian to get a complete grooming. They were so sweet to her and she looks great. I also needed some new dog treats, so I purchased the Growler, a 2 lb. treat holder that you fill with your choice of treats. A portion of the money goes back to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department K-9 program. What a generous gift back to the community!
Sheryl does an excellent job grooming my boys. I know they are in good hands. Everyone from grooming to the store side are super friendly.
Enjoyed our visit! Even though we live about 30 mins out in Columbia, we do plan to shop there. It'll be worth he trip. We stopped by right after our adoption. Billy and Arden (I apologize if I mis-spelled your name), both help us a lot with getting on the right foot with our new family member. We are very thankful that they were attentive and helpful. I came in looking for adult dog food for my puppy since she just turned a year old and she seemed to be needing “more” food throughout the day... Tommy was so very helpful and was very knowledgeable in what he thought she may need (a higher protein percentage in the food). I asked if they had a return policy and he said that if I wasn’t satisfied or if Layla wasn’t seeming to like it, that I could bring it back up there and they would help me get something else that she would like! We've been going to Animal Supply House for several years. This is not a big chain store, which makes all the difference in the world! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have also used the groomers there and they do a great job taking care of our babies! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
We have taken our dog here for grooming and they rock it every time. I used to have to sedate my dog Buddy just to get his nails clipped at the vet but at the supply house the groomers do a great job and he's so much better when he goes. Thank you
