This company is absolutely the most shady and unorganized company I have ever encountered and experienced, they deliver spoiled out of temp product too Petco and PetSmart, they instruct drivers to "break some dry ice and put over product in tubs to get back in temp" if product comes back they refreeze and rechill and resend out following delivery day.
