Had an urgent care appointment . Brought in my 9 lb chihuahua mix who was very sick. The front desk lady told me to wait while they finished helping previous patient. Right when she finished another patient walked in and started asking her a bunch of questions. She answered all that person's questions then after that she started checking me in. Charged me 84 bucks and made copies of all my dogs records before calling a vet tech. The vet tech came in, brought my dog to a exam room. Another lady came in they took my dogs pulse... read more
