Took a sick feral cat twice, very caring staff.
Busy place, appointments are a must, don't be too late, or you will have to reschedule. The staff and Dr's are caring and professional. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to any pet parent.
They were quite thorough and did a great job on his surgery. He had a benign mass on his tail that had to be taken off and he also had a small hernia on his tummy In addition a VCA vet office that had done 2 to bio bypsies had not cleaned up one area where they did a biopsy. They did all of this for about half of the quote from VCA.
Although we don’t remember the name of the veterinarian who helped us that day, their kindness and helpful approach made almost the difference. We felt truly supported during the entire process
Very helpful. I had a pet die unexpectedly and they helped me through the process of cremating. I was able to take my pet in at the end of the day and the staff stayed open a bit later than normal hours so I could say my final goodbyes. When it was time to pick up the the ashes the staff was very caring. It wasn't a " business transaction" feeling. Thanks to the group.
