I recently used the TARA Van to get my female cat her shots & spayed although I had heard good things about the van I can not say that I had a good experience for me waited 45 minutes to drop her off then 1 1/2 hrs to pick her up with no communication as to why the wait was so long, other than one of the techs making a nasty comment as she walked into the van stating "it's going to be awhile" I think she probably thought no one heard her but we did & thought that really was very unprofessional.
