RecommendedI bring a number of pets through here for spay/neuter due to lower cost reasons. The cons are: They are chronically behind schedule at drop off & pick up. For example, expect to wait up to two hours beyond 8:15am. This is consistent with every appointment. It’s no different at pick up either. The sign in process is scattered & cumbersome & needs better organization for quicker flow process. 3 out of 5 stars PRO: They were very helpful getting me in immediately for a neuter on my newly adopted 7 year old schnauzer. I was scheduled for the following week, called to see if they had cancelations to try to get in earlier. There wasn't one, but then they called back with one and I got him in the next day. Obviously the low prices are a pro. CON: Rude front desk person that blamed me for not telling her I wanted a 3 year rabies shot and only gave a 1 year.
