Did not solve the problem - I called and let them know that the traps were catching all the neighborhood squirrels and not the one living in my attic. They never even went in the attic a single time after several requests. One day they decided they were done and came and took the cages - no call, no note - and then sent a ridiculous bill. Would NOT recommend

We were not satisfied by the lack of communication and lack of solution provided by Animal Ridders. After spending $149 for the service call, we ended up going with another company to finish the job.
Had Animal Ridder come during the pouring rain to get a racoon from my house. They were kind and gentle with the animal. I would definitely call them again! Thanks Animal Ridder!
In mid-October we hired Animal Ridders due to a raccoon problem. We found their service to be quick and efficient, the traps checked and rebaited daily and in two weeks 6 raccoons were trapped and relocated. In spite of less positive reviews from other reviewers, we found their services and prices to be exactly as quoted. We were very pleased and posted a long review on Angie's List for them under 'animal removal'. We would definitely use Animal Ridders again and have told others about them.
I had a problem with chipmunks digging holes near my home's foundation. They came out, trapped the critters in a humane way, then released them in a remote wooded area to live out the rest of their lives without wrecking havoc on my house. They were very professional and solved the problem promptly. A+++++
