Outstanding Service! They have helped me rid of squirrels, Raccoons and a deer. Animal Ridders have delivered every time.
Did not solve the problem - I called and let them know that the traps were catching all the neighborhood squirrels and not the one living in my attic. They never even went in the attic a single time after several requests. One day they decided they were done and came and took the cages - no call, no note - and then sent a ridiculous bill. Would NOT recommend
They are the best! We hired Margie several years ago to trap a beaver that was making mincemeat of our trees along Mill Creek and making beautiful dams in Jeffersonville. She came out, put her hip boots on, climbed in the creek and set her traps. In a couple days we had a very angry beaver. She relocated him and I was happy to see him waddle off fat, dumb, furious AND ALIVE! There is no need to kill these beautiful creatures of God. Margie's was a delight to work with.

I hired Animal Ridders to trap and remove squirrels and raccoons getting into my attic. Though I showed the technician my accessible attic (the entrance is through a full-size door with no steps) he insisted on setting traps only on the roof. After 3 squirrels were caught and removed over several days (they charge $45 per animal) I called the owner to report that there had been sound evidence of a raccoon in the attic and I wondered why I couldn't have a trap set in my attic. I am sorry Mrs. Lori was not happy with our service. We set this job up on 04/15/19. We always set the traps on the roof where the animals are getting in, have been doing it this way for 30 years, and we go by 7 days a week to check them once a day. If traps are in the attic the customer must be home when we come by every day, or check the traps for us and call and be there when we come by for pick up, and that is usually not possible with peoples work schedules, etc. . I have been hearing noises in my attic for quite a while now, so I decided to give this company a try. To say that I am very disappointed with the services they provide is an understatement. They charge 150 dollars just to check your place out, and it does not guarantee they will catch anything. The animals I keep hearing are in my attic, and my guess is that they made it in there through a hole. We were not satisfied by the lack of communication and lack of solution provided by Animal Ridders. After spending $149 for the service call, we ended up going with another company to finish the job.
