We had a GINORMOUS hornet’s nest at the top of the chimney that kept getting bigger every day. Mark arrived the day I called and came back the next day with a tall ladder and took care of the problem. He came back two days later to make sure the problem was resolved and removed the nest. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. We are completely satisfied with the great service Mark provided.
