I have taken my dogs to Dr. Sumney V.M. for about 7 or 8 years now. Both of my dogs love her. She is very sympathetic with the animals as well as the owners. Her staff is also very sympathetic as well. I enjoy talking with everyone in the office. About 3 yrs. ago we had to let our big dog Tessa go. I have never had a vet and office staff that was so sympathetic and consoling as Dr. Sumney and her staff. RecommendedLove this place! I got an ER app right away! And Im not local. My lola was missing since july 2nd and we found her this morning and I wanted to make sure she was ok before we went back home to SC. The stuff and Doctor provided awesome , professional and caring service to my baby!

I’ve been bringing my dog Dexter here since he was a pup. The professionalism and compassion provided by the staff is simply unprecedented. This past week, Dr. Sumney and Dr. Kish saved my little guys life then went above and beyond to ensure he got to come home comfortably. The rest of the staff was very resourceful and willing to help during the process of his recovery as well. Dr.Sumney is wonderful! She truly cares for your animals as her own!!! This business is one that is genuine and honest! My pups love going through their doors to the friendly loving staff that always has the answers to our needs!!!
If I could give this place *More Than 5 Stars*! I would! My 12 yr old lab mix Mixi had Pyo and Mammary masses. She needed an Emergency spay. Dr. Melanie and staff were great. The price was very reasonable, they never took advantage of our emergency situation. Mixi even spent the night I was completely comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. Mixi is doing great a few days after surgery and it's all because of this great Vet Center. Thank you to you all!
