On any visit to Animal Medical Services the staff is friendly and professional. This week we had one of those visits that didn't end very well as our dog was sicker than we thought. Dr. Jones was amazing in stating the facts and prognosis, she was very compassionate and helpful to us in difficult situation to make a painful but informed decision. It was a painful afternoon, but Dr Jones and her staff helped to make it a bit more bearable.
