Love Dr. Hank I have had nothing but great service from this place unlike the other review. Dr. Martin has been treating our pets for almost 10 years now. He came out to my house in the country because we wanted our dog euthanized at home. He came out Sunday evening! You don't get that level of service from anyone else.
Gamble your pet's life on getting the correct medications. I'd like to see sometime what their medication containers look like. With that said, I can picture some ways one medication could be spilled into another. This is apparently what happened last May. The problem is, the person who gave me the medications for my dog told me the odd pills mixed in were the same as the rest but from a different manufacturer. The doctors and staff are amazing. So knowledgeable and gracious. We have had to take our Nigerian dwarf goats in for emergency treatments, no problem by the doctors. Our other six dogs are seen and are always well taken care of.
Doc really takes time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions so that our pups receive the best possible care! We love that guy! Everyone in the office loves our pups and are so good with them! The office staff is very sweet and professional over the phone. If there is problem, they do whatever they can to get you in! Cannot emphasize how happy we are that we made the move to them!
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and want only the best for your pets.
We moved to Greensburg last year and was looking for a good place to take our dogs and we found not a good place, it’s a great place! The wait was short and Dr. Martin was the best!
The Drs., and all the staff are great, very personable, reasonable, compassionate, & highly qualified. I have been going here for years, with all my animals. They make you, and your pet, feel like part of the family.
I'm so grateful n blessed to all especially Dr. Marin whose compassion and caring saved my Cookyboy. Meeting us at 11:30 pm after a horrific dog attack! Thanks to all he is still with us and I take him.home tomorrow! Sometimes words are just not enough! Deb n David n of course Cooky boy!
