This place is most definitely about the money. I went in there several months ago when my dog needed care. I told them I couldn’t pay for a couple days , given that the bill was well overpriced for the services ($1000, added svcs not needed). They put me through hell. Made me talk to three people and basically tried to shame me. Do NOT take your animal here, they’re insensitive to the needs of the animals and really only care about the money. Avoid at all costs.
Friendly staff & caring physicians
Everyone who works at the hospital is just absolutely fantastic - they are caring, kind, personable, friendly, and so helpful. You can really tell that each and every person that works there cares about you, the animals, and doing a great job. The people at the front desk get you appointments quickly, the vet techs are gentle and sweet with my two boys, and the vets really take their time to listen to your concerns and to recommend the best treatment possible.
