They are simply too busy to take care of customers. You cannot get through on the phone, the receptionist is usually rude. This was not always the case my family has been doing business there for over 20 years and the level of customer service has just Fallen apart in the last five. However when you can get through and you actually can get an appointment Dr. Scott is a top-notch veterinarian.
The website noted in "About" is for another vet and practice. Dr. Scott Miller has no website. Too busy providing personal care to his furry clients and their humans. :D
Every situation in 22 years has been handled properly and with compassion and caring staff. They don't add tons of extra charges and have a lot of experience with all types of dogs and cats! Even out guinea pigs! And bunnies! Dr Miller is the best!
