We took our 3 dogs to Dr Ray. She got down on the floor with them and was excellent. Explained everything to us and even called to tell us about the dog that was staying overnight
My mother picked up her dog from boarding 6 days ago and is still nursing him back to health from his visit to this clinic. The groomer burned his bottom so badly that it bled. 6 days later it is still red and raw and nasty. Same with the pads of his feet! Her dog lost a couple of pounds while there - did anyone feed him or was he simply too scared to eat? Who knows, because no food or treats were returned to my mother upon her return. I took my pup for a tooth extraction,, DR RAY was the DR who tended to her,, I had to beg her to write what teeth she extracted,, And when she did, it was a play on words The first receipt said tooth polish and cleaned,, Nothing about extraction, When I asked why it doesn't say extraction,, I was told,,, I SAID IT TO YOU VERBALLY I THOUGHT THAT WAS ENOUGH ! Very nice veterinarian Very EXPERIENCED veterinarian Worth the wait Prices are as reasonable as possible
Just experienced the worst customer service to not only us - but a handful of other customers that came into the clinic with or for their animals. Brought my two dogs home after an overnight and they peed like they hadn't peed the whole time they were there and drank water as if they hadn't had any water while there. Let's just say - not going back~!
Dr. Wall is the best vet I have ever seen in my 58 years of living. And we are praying for her because she has had her own health burdens of late. She is an absolutely wonderful person and the most caring of vets. Her staff is also some of the very best because they care so much. We lost our beautiful Katniss today, but we know Dr. Wall tried heroically to save her this past week. We thank her and the staff for their tremendous efforts. God bless you all of you. You are in our prayers.
Thanks so much to Dr Wall who is not feeling well herself but I cannot thank her enough for being there for my Schipperke dog Pepper who has cancer and has been given only a few months to live. Dr Wall takes her time to make sure Pepper is given the best Quality of Life that she can for as long as she has with us. Wonderful, caring,loving, and professional! Couldn't ask for better care!
