Paid for exam/evaluation for my 11 year old dog. The vet there said I could give her antibiotics every month if I didn't want her to have anesthesia. Called to order antibiotics for month three and they claim that wasn't the owner/vet and I need to have her reevaluated! What? They just want more money, I guess. Very bad customer service and zero care for my pet.

This is the best vet I’ve found in years they have a heart and know exactly what they are doing I won’t go anywhere else ever again
Practice was started by the late Dr Neal Ralston, who was a true animal lover since he was a young boy. Dr. Gorby has filled those shoes very well. She is always more than happy to take the time to explain to the owner what is going on, and what the owner needs to do to help their furbaby.
