I've always taken my animals here for everything with no issue. I came home one day to find my cat bleeding from his hind quarters and called, the woman told me since that particular cat hasn't been there for 5 years he's a new patient and they aren't taking new patients. I explained to her the problem and she told me the same thing, no new patients. I went to another vet to find out he was blocked and easily could have died that day. Thanks for your loyal service...
