Amazing service all around here. The front desk, nurses and Dr Lew and Dr Panopoulos have taken great care of my cat. I am so thankful all their help!
They don’t really do much. My cat is pooping blood after they made me test him 3 times and gave me two different medicines and after the last test they said he was worm free even though he’s still pooping blood. I asked why is he still pooping blood then and then they asked me to come in again EVEN THOUGH I JUST PAID $100 dollars for the third test of poop. They’re just hustling money sappers honestly.
We recently took both of our dogs to Animal Medical Center of Loudoun—our Bernadoodle for an ear infection and our Staffy for arthritis in both hips—and we had an excellent experience. The staff provided thoughtful, practical advice and took the time to explain treatment options clearly. They had the medications on hand, which made the process easy and stress-free.
