Our deep concerns and the reason we rated this office one star is due to: uncollaborative treatment and care, in addition to expensive, unneeded tests before basic ones. We took our dog to Animal Medical Centers of Loudoun for help with diarrhea. While they ran a blood panel (which was normal), they bypassed basic, foundational diagnostics like a fecal test. My dog went in for dental surgery and it was worse than expected. The staff was great and very supportive in delivering the bad news. They explained everything to me in terms that made it easy for me to understand.

Worth the trip from Woodbridge to Ashburn. The staff here is friendly and gentle with my rabbit. Explained everything to me thoroughly and answered any questions I had. No wait time and understood that I was coming 15 minutes late. The price is very reasonable and I got discounted due to my insurance.
What an amazing veterinary practice. The doctors are amazing and the staff is great. They have always been sensitive to our needs and care for our senior kitties so well. When we finally had to put our 17 year old cat down they sent us the most touching card with messages from the entire staff. This is an amazing place
