We took our cat to get a suggestion for weight management. The front desk was kind enough to accommodate us and were very helpful. But I don’t think Dr Grewal had enough knowledge about it. The first thing that he said was to get our cat to an Internal medicine. Later asked us to do blood test and keep reducing his food quantity ( which we already do). I didn’t like how they handled the cat to get them out of his carrier, he is a big cat but they should know better because it’s their daily job to handle animals. Not a helpfu... read more
First time I was there it was good. Now they they have a rude person in the front . She has attitude thats completely unacceptable
I love them here! I’m a very nervous pet parent because the last teeth cleaning he had (somewhere else) they broke his jaw, and still made me pay for the extra resources used to fix him! Here, the staff took amazing care for both his dental, and all blood work & vaccines. Christina, Kerry, and Dr. Singh all took time to speak with me in a compassionate manner, check in after his procedures, and reassure me they truly care for their patients.
