This clinic has an excellent service. Everyone from the receptionist, the thecnitians, and the doctors are very dedicated to the well being of the animals and make you feel that they really care. I had to put down my beloved pet a day before Christmas Eve, doctor Jordan help me to make sure my decision was the right one. He went beyond duties and help me out. I don't write on Facebook much at all but I had to chime in on this fantastic staff! I drive past several Veterinary Clinics to get the great customer service, caring & fun staff here! They come out to the waiting area to greet my two dogs, offer choices in care without pressure and always seem to be spot on with opinions of proper treatments. The thoughtful design of the new location also really impressed my since of space! Great experience!
Both Dr. Jordan and Melissa were superb. They were calming, assuring, informative, and fantastic with my two dogs. Top notch professionalism and skills. Great ability to answer my questions in a thoughtful and caring manner. A+ The front desk people were attentive, receptive to feed back, exuding warmth and thoughtfulness when helping me. A+
Some of the most professional people I've met in a long time. My Ivy and I were sent there via Mrs Talulla at the Beaufort County Animal Shelter and the staff was calm and concerned about my baby and her wellbeing . And two most amazing things happened that day. Ivy's entire visit was taken care of and one of the nurses picked Ivy up and carried her to our car! I was so shocked but so full, I wanted to cry. Staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. Dr. Jordan was patient and listened to my concerns (as my cockatiel roosted on his shoulder). I love this clinic, Dr. Jordan & the staff!!
The best care, by the best people. I love how wonderful everyone is with my rescue Birdie and how wonderful they were with Maya.
