My little doggy (12 years old) was not feeling well yesterday, he wouldn't even eat chicken. They were able to see him quickly. They fixed him up and as soon as we got home he was eating and bouncing around again. They called the next day to see how he was doing. Along the way some of the things Dr. Jones and her assistant did were explain things to me clearly, give me a price break down of treatment options (without the hard sell) and let me choose (when reasonable) what treatments my dog would have. I took my doxie to Dr William's and he got the best care. The staff was great with him and communicated very well throughout the appointment. My dog Cooper and I recommend Animal Medical Center of New Braunfels!

I have always had a wonderful experience with everyone here, even when we come in with an emergency. Dr. Jones is incredible and I always feel that my pets are in the safest hands when they are here. It is very nice to go somewhere where you feel your pets are loved, you are respected, and your wallet isn’t getting taken advantage of.
We love Dr. Williams, Dr. Jones and the other vets and staff at Animal Medical Center! Feels like family there. Miss Lucy highly recommends to anyone looking for the best veterinary center in New Braunfels!
