We had a wonderful experience today when bringing our English Bulldog, Bailey, in to see Dr. Bains! He was very attentive and felt like we didn't get nickle and dimed like we have in past at a couple other clinics in livermore! We called yesterday and at first they couldn't get us in until Friday but found a way to squeeze us in today at noon!
