There are several reasons I have brought every four-legged member of my family to this veterinary clinic. The people are not only qualified and dedicated to their profession, but they are also compassionate. I don't know how many times they have been there on a weekend or at midnight when my pets have taken unexpected turns for the worst. Although their website says emergency services they don’t tell you that you have to be an established patient. When my dog fell very ill and I was desperately seeking medical care I spoke to a very rude guy. I can’t imagine that someone so rude and uncaring would work for an animal health facility.

I am so sorry that your experience was so bad and sad to hear your pet is ill. You didn’t speak to one of the staff members at our hospital but to an answering service employee. I agree with you. Someone with that attitude should not be working as one of our staff or even as a representative for us as in this case. We have limited control over their employees, but will do what we can to correct his rude and uncaring behavior. They have taken awesome care of my personal and foster dogs for years.
Very rude, and were more interested in money than my cat.

My Sparkplug was literally not even walking. Dr Huff got him back on his feet. He then got pancreatitis and diabetes and Dr Huff and Curry again got him well. I will never go anywhere else.
They did the surgery for my dog's hip and knee and they've been very patient with me calling to check what all is normal for his healing. They did great with him when he first arrived, talking to him and letting him know he's safe. Always quick to respond and a wonderful environment to be around. I would highly recommend them. They're amazing here.
So we got a new family member... Kids were gifted with a leopard gecko and they are enjoying him. He got checked out at the vet and Dr. Huff was tickled to see a list of questions when Gary the Gecko was dropped off. He happily answered the questions in non doctor chicken scratch. Thank you for putting a smile on our kiddos.
