For the most part I appreciated the fact that they have 24 hr services. But Im still trying to understand why my cats 2 middle toenails on her 2 back feet were cut past the quick, they very bloody and very sore, plus 1 toenail was completely gone. I was told that it happened because of her tearing out her IV. She couldn't even walk her neurological system was not working. So how would she tear her toenail out. I brought my puppy in fm another Vet. He had pneumonia and needed oxygen and antibiotics. This was on a Saturday about 1:00pm. I told the Dr. that I didn't have a lot of money to spend. I'm on SS and get $800. a month. I didn't hear anything fm them the rest of the day. I called them Sunday morning and they quoted me $ 2,600. till Monday!!!!! They expected p payment then. No way!!!! Dr Mayfield has seriously been only vet doctor that could figure out the cause of my German Shepard dogs head shaking issues. However the cost of 1200 to 1800 per year if hard to handle. However Ranger being a service dog the cost has to be absorbed and paid. I am thankful of dr mayfield and his knowledge of how u try I care for my Ranger. Ranger seems to be very happy over the last year and lot less bothered with his health issues.
