Animal Medical Center took care of JAKE until he went to Rainbow Bridge 06/2015. He loved it there. Every time I approached the intersection, he would start dancing and talking, and nudge my shoulder if I didn't make the turn. He walked a little higher (if that were possible since he was 3' tall) every time he got groomed. He didn't seem to mind being proded and checked for his annual checkups because he always got a hug. Thank you, Animal Medical Center, for the love you had and showed JAKE. �
They conducted a service without informing me and without informing of the cost. This was a nonemergency situation and I should have been informed of the service and the cost before hand. Moreover ,the Vet assistant was rule and displayed odd behaviors . Also, I was told my dog was being taken in the back to be weighed and then the exam was conducted without me being present. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Stay away unless you like getting billed for things you did not authorize.
