Dr. Nay and his staff are the best. I have Been going there for about 15 years. All rescue: 2 dogs and 6 cats. Love them!!!!
I had an amazing experience here for an ER visit. They took such good care of us...I will be having Penelope's vet records sent over and we are here to stay as regular customers! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking care of our black lab Cole last night. We are so thankful that the Richmond area has a 24/365 vet hospital in the area. Your staff and Drs. we're excellent. Cole is doing good this morning, but does not like wearing his halo. Friends in the Richmond area, if you ever have a pet emergency on the weekend, this is the place to go. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again!!!
