I think they are great and I receive excellent care for my furbabies
Was using this vet office because they were close to home - but will probably end up transferring my pets. Unfortunately they are too inconsistent with their requirements and communication. The front desk ladies/vet techs are very friendly, but one vet in particular that I've dealt with one two occasions has been pretty oppositional and rude when I've asked simple questions. RecommendedDr. Mark Klopfenstein has been our vet for over 25 years. Best vet ever! He truly loves animals and it shows in his work.
I love this vet center my dogs and I have had some really bad experiences with vets. This is by far the only vet center I have been able to trust with caring for my animals! � we will Forsure be returning and with all my dogs and cat!

There isn't any question in my mind that the doctors & staff of AMC are the best around! These folks are pet owners themselves. They know what they are doing and they do it with the utmost care and respect! They Rock!

We had a bad experience with another Cedar Rapids vet because he didn't take our pet's back problem seriously, resulting in permanent disability that could have been prevented. We found Dr. Moore by word of mouth. He's extremely intelligent, does his research, provides thorough information, and cares about the animals and owners. We can't say enough about how helpful he has been to our family, and we would not consider going anywhere else. We've taken dogs, birds, and cats to him.
