Other than having to go find my own protective collar, we had a great experience for our puppy's spay. They called shortly after surgery to give and update and are so friendly and attentive with her during our visits. Being a first time puppy owner I could've used a bit more information, but I also could've asked. Over all a great experience. They're always helpful and welcoming over the phone and in the office. Even with moving to Hemlock we will continue to visit The Animal Medical Center in Midland. Thank you again.

I wouldn't say all of the staff are unfriendly, but I did have an unpleasant experience while having my dogs nails trimmed. The vet and assistant sat on my dog and twisted their hand between his collar so it was super tight around his neck. I understand my dog is terrible with nail trimming, but I would have expected more professionalism and communication rather than getting upset with me and being rude to both me and my dog.

We've been taking our rescue dog Murphy to AMC since we got him 3 years ago. He gets regular check ups and has boarded there a few times. Each time, the staff have been wonderful. Murphy loves to go and gets excited when we pull into the driveway.
The vets and techs at this practice never cease to amaze me. They have a way like no other of putting my cats at ease. We're so thankful to have found a vet we can not only trust but recommend to all others in the area looking for an ethical, strong, and evenly priced animal practice.
