Had tremendous experience. Had dog for 15 years that had cancer and was at end of life. I had been taking her to another local vet. Came home to find my dog unable to get up and to weak to move. I knew it was time to put her to sleep. Called other vet and they said sorry they were booked up until Monday. Asked what I should do given situation and they said they didn't know. I've been taking my dog here for 11 years. After today we will never go back. I've been having trouble since the new doctor purchased this facility and brought her terrible staff with her. Every time I call in my dogs meds they forget to fill the script. They are extremely rude on the phone and in person, especially a woman named Mary. Her customer service skills are awful.
