Great big thank you to the great staff, technicians and Dr. Ford at Animal Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas! My 15 year old dog, Annie, was very sick on our way to the OU Texas Tech game in Lubbock, I found the medical center and they told me to bring her when we got there, she stayed overnight had great care and Dr. Ford checked in with me Friday night and again early Saturday morning. I was able to pick her up before 12 noon on Saturday and she was all good to go after fluids and medication.
These people do not care about dogs AT ALL - unless you are paying them the 'bucks'...... if you found a dog that needs a place to stay until the family finds them. - they don't care - won't help at ALL!!!! I thought a place like this liked to HELP dogs in distress! NOPE - I will never ever go there.
The Dr was awesome and the staff amazing. They all jumped into action when we brought him in and worked hard, our boy had to stay the night.... in the end, we lost our sweet boy. The staff was wonderful and truly effected by this sad turn of events, when picking him up the staff wrapped him in his baby blanket and handed him to us with such care, you would have thought it was a human hospital!! hats off to all of them!!!
