Thank you for the 12 wonderful years of care that my three dogs have received. I lost my first one today, and would not have made it through without all the love and support that I received from Charles' doctors, front staff and technicians. You can't fully appreciate the quality care that you receive here until you go through your first sad situation. I've been taking my dogs here for 8 years. I have been impressed with every doctor I have come across. Dr. Polk, Dr. Heatwole, Dr Cloud are all fantastic. Dr Cloud recently helped diagnose and medicate my dog that has brought him back to acting like he's feeling better than he had in years. She helped bring my dog back. Thank you to everyone there.
I bring my ferrets and cats here. Really fantastic people. You could not ask for a more dedicated staff! I would not bring my animals anywhere else in Lubbock.
I am always seeing the animals and owners, the animal medical center is helping, all over town and on social media. This is the place to go for any pet. The people who work here are loving pet owners themselves and always do everything to accommodate even the strangest of pets, and owners.
Compassionate staff who take time to talk with their clients and not at them. We love knowing our furry children are in good hands.
Morris Safe House is at AMC "daily" with one of more Morris Mutts. They are the ONLY vets that take care of them and the MPM (Morris Personal Mutts)

The best veterinarians that I have ever been lucky enough to find. I miss Dr. Polk and Dr. Farley and Dr. Preston!
