Dr. Heard and his staff have exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with them as my puppy's vet! During the exam Dr. Heard is very informative and so friendly with my puppy Milky, you can really tell that it is very important for him and his staff that Milky is comfortable and happy and not afraid of her vet visit. When I moved to East Cobb, my pet sitter recommended Animal Medical Care Center for the care of my cats. I have never been so pleased to work with a pet care office. The entire staff is welcoming and caring. Dr. Heard is phenomenal. He explains things well, and often shows me an entry from a text book. I appreciate his common-sense approach. Dr. Heard and his staff are incredibly caring. My pet LOVES going to the vet! How often does that happen! They are great at communicating what my pet needs and I never leave feeling like I've had extra services or I'm unclear on what step is next. Very happy with them!!
Dr. Heard is a wonderful vet and a very kind man! No matter the reason for your visit, he always gives your pet a "top to bottom" check-up. He thoroughly examines your pet and makes sure you understand your pet's condition and/or illness. While he examines your pet, he will call you over to look in your dog's ear or to feel a bump on your dog, etc. He educates the dog owner as well as treats your pet.
