Awesome place, awesome people!!
Have not used the vet, so he may be a great guy. HOWEVER, the groomer/nail tech was mean and even cursed when my sister noticed that her precious dog was bleeding all over the floor after a nail trim and asked to have his toe fixed before leaving. This woman also yelled at her young child. Not the kind of place I would take my dogs to. I hope the vet checks into this matter.
I have never known a vet who wanted to make sure you understood what was going on with your pet more then Charles does. I've known him for years and have never been disappointed with the outcome of any event. Have seen him go above and beyond for a pets sake on more then one occasion. Just keep a eye out for him in a kayak ...the fish have nothing to worry about..
