AMS came out to investigate a bat infiltration. They did a fantastic job! They removed all the old insulation covered in guano and then remediation started. They sealed the roof ridge and all the eaves. Then, they put in new insulation. Very professional workers!
We manage 400 properties and use many many vendors. These were some of the best people to work with! Awesome customer service, fantastic work, and easy to schedule with. Highly highly recommend!

Cory and his team of guys did a great job for us. Having critters like bats in our attic was very stressful. The came out and took care of the situation quickly and were very polite and clean. I will use them whenever I have a problem. He was recommended by a friend and it all worked out great. Cory even came out a week later just to be sure we were critter free.
