So am I seeing this right, animal cruelty is now a felony? We live near a convicted animal hoarder who is doing it again after spending 4 years in jail for having tazed a cop who went to arrest her for animal cruelty. Please send me any advice on this. Local animal control, state police, DA and Judge who sentenced her.....say there is nothing they can do....As she is filling her house again with poor defenseless animals. Please help us help them!
