Although I have done this before, I thought it could not get any easier until I met Melissa. She made everything happen like clockwork, calmed me down when I needed it and talked me through the whole process several times as I needed that as well. Janie ensured that I had all the details taken care of on my end by sending me timely reminders. With all the details I had to deal with for our move, I'm certain I would have forgotten something or messed something up with transporting Chloe. I have zero complaints about Janie and Chloe arrived safe and sound so all is well. I really don't think we could have done it without her.
Loved that they took care of everything and made the transition process easier. They are happy and adjusting to their new environment.
The moving experience would deserve a five weren’t for the bitter taste at the very end, which forces me to give two stars. My babies arrived safe and happy and were clearly well cared for. We were moving two, much loved, kitties to London when Jem decided to start a new life in London. We had heard horror stories of cats being kept in quarantine for months and knew we could not let that happen. We contacted Janie at Animal Land Pet Movers and she held our hands through the entire process. The process is complex and I don’t know how anyone could do that without help.
