She ruined my dogs hair!!!!! I don’t know what the heck she thinks a border collie is supposed to look like, but she completely CHOPPED/shaved off my dogs hair $72 for a haircut that my 6year old nephew could have done 1/4 star because his nails do look good

These ladies did a fantastic job with our mini Australian Shepherd. our poor girl was all matted and knotted up. This was her first grooming and she was terrified. Brittany did a wonderful job keeping her calm and only doing what my baby could handle. Which means a lot, especially since I have seen horrible videos of what other groomers can do.
