I had been taking my pug to another Vet and they couldnt cut his nails because he wiggled and had a fit.So they sent me home withdrugs to sedate him and do it myself. I decided that I just couldnt drug my puppy. I took my Patrick the Pug to this Vet and I was amazed. The Vet was so gentle, and I knew I liked her right away. She and her daughter had the nails cut in minutes! I was so shocked and happy! You will be taking care of all my animals from now on. Thank you so much!
We are not from the area but Dr. Cindy and staff were willing to see our dog in urgent situation and treated him so well! Highly recommended. If we lived in the area we would use them all the time!

Worst veterinary clinic I have ever had the misfortune to visit in my life! The receptionist was a snotty witch, the lack of empathy was rudely apparent and the fact that the vet ,who's name I do not even know, did not even have the courtesy or apparently could not be bothered to speak to either of us,even as the events of his impending death unfolded. And clearly, from what I have read in the other post I can say with little doubt.... WHAT A BITCH!
I started bringing my Jack Russell mix (Addie) to Animal Kingdom in the summer of 2014. I've been nothing but pleased with the staff and care she has recieved! Everyone is great about answering any of my questions and Addie gets lots of attention and love. So glad we made the switch, instead of hesitating or being nervous, Addie runs right to the door with her tail wagging a mile a minute! Thank you Dr. Andersen and team!
