I found the sweetest older dog that is a wonderful addition to our family. The staff was so great to make sure that we were a good fit for him as well as if he was a good fit for us So happy and so glad Oswald ( changing his name to Fetch) is a part of our family and he has his forever home

I highly recommend visiting the facility on Virginia Ave. They offer Veterinary services, adoptions and a place to learn and give back. The staff are wonderful and loving and understand that every pet will get help and if you need more time, you can have it without the fear of the pets being euthanized. I am so proud to have this available in our city. Thank you for all that you do!

No one returns calls or emails. And a cat with a 103.4 fever is and should not be adopted out.

We are so fortunate to share our lives wit... read more

My two working cats Kelly and Klause are the best. The support from the working cat program, and the loan of some crates, made this a seamless transition. As of today they have mowed down the mice, and are working on the pack rats. I can't say enough good things about this program.

Customer service needs to improve, they had me waiting 45 minuets in the clinic and to find out that they didn't give any voucher for spay and neuter. Well come to find out I went inside the blue building and they said that they do give vouchers , if this place was so professional they would have told me to go next door to the blue building instead of waisting my time.. Customer service really needs to improve and all staff should be knowledgeable about all products and services that they have to offer. That's what customer ... read more

Your vet clinic saved my grandmother's dog. You guys gave the gift of joy to her that we will always be thankful for. She couldn't afford the other vet and her neighbor told her to try animal humane. thank you for helping so many people and dogs.
