Dr. Jen (and Vet Tech Rainier!) are an amazing team, I can't recommend them enough. Her pricing is transparent and competitive, she's so communicative both pre and post- appointment, and both of them were so good with my cat. They were able to deliver some gabapentin prior to the appointment as well, which was great for my cranky girl. Ive been using Dr. McGowan and AHST for about a year now and all I can say is... wow. The sense of urgency, care and compassion these guys have for animals is incredible. They are so quick to respond and fast delivery, everything was beyond expectations, thank you for taking care of my babies!

This was the second time I’ve used Animal Housecalls for end-of-life care for my cats. Dr. McGowan was kind, compassionate, and communicated clearly throughout the process. On both occasions, she was able to come within hours of my reaching out, which meant so much. When it’s time, it’s time. She explained each step and offered options along the way. I’m truly grateful my beloved pets were able to pass peacefully at home, in a familiar and loving environment.
