We took our fur baby (shih tzu) in for a second opinion. We should have been taking our babies here all along!! They are Wonderful!!! We have found our new vet for life!! 100% recommend them!
Dr. Dee and the staff at Animal House are fantastic. We have several dogs and I'm a bit of a worrier so I call quite a bit. Every time I feel listened to and supported. Today my sweet little guy had to get a tooth pulled out and I was so nervous about it. I felt very informed on what was going to happen and felt like I left him in good hands. They called me as soon as he was done to tell me he was okay and able to come home. All smiles here�
Been going here for almost 10 years with my eldest dog. When he became ill I rushed him over. Come to find out all his organs began to shut down and I had to make a tough decision and put him to sleep. The woman had to give him the shot 3 times because she kept missing the vain. She came back every so couple of minutes to repeatedly check and tell us that his heart stopped beating. Dr. Dee saved my dog's leg a couple of years ago and our family is still grateful for her excellent work on Jack. Animal House's flexible hours really helped us as well so I could still go to work while my dog was well taken care of. Update: I used to love this place, but I really didn't like my last visit. I brought my dog in for his vaccines and was charged for an entire exam, during which Dr. Dee tried to peddle the dog food she sells and seemed really uncomfortable giving my dog his shots, acting like he was going to bit... read more
My dog Lady got sick and wouldn't eat or drink water so I took her to Dr Dee. Dr Dee completed her exam and x-rays. We found out she had swallowed something it was lodged in her stomach and intestines and was causing a very bad infection and it would require surgery to remove. Dr Dee was able to remove the objects and Lady is in recovery. Lady is 16 years old and I am very thankful to Dr Dee and her staff for being so attentive to my Lady needs as well as my feelings for Lady.
