Can't count the number of times they have zeroed my bank account. We are in a payment plan and more times than I care to remember the person at the front desk has charged my full balance to my bank account instead of the charges for my dogs medicine and/or food. Really tired of it.
RecommendedDr. Sherry and her staff are so knowledgeable & caring! When I recently adopted my sick kitten, Giovanni, from Jefferson County Animal Control they helped me get him back to good health. I would definitely recommend Animal House Veterinary Hospital.

I have been a good costumer for several years I take my dog get groomed today October 9. When he gets groomed he always has to be sedated because he’s a crazy man when he gets groomed so I know that cost more and that’s fine because I know I have to pay extra for that. So they called me to tell me has a ear infection I told them they could treat it so when I pick him up and they give me the bill and it was over $300 I couldn’t understand what they did without my permission they padded my bill but I still had to pay the bill ... read more
