We are a locally owned combat sports training facility. We opened in April of 2022. We offer a variety of classes to get you to your fitness goals. We specialize in wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling based MMA, Self defense, self reliance and personal training. Kids classes are available in all the activities.

I really enjoy training at Animal House. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. Manny is an amazing coach/teacher. He gives just enough instruction and feedback where you are improving but not so much that it feels overwhelming. He does this with a combination of humor and tons of patience. This is not your typical gym where you hit bags and spar. Manny is meticulous with his details, stressing technique and smart training over everything. He's in it to thoroughly build people not just collect a check and have you sweat. Highly recommend.
We have an 8-year-old that's been wrestling for the past 3 years at various different wrestling clubs.. We had heard about Animal House and how good it was and then finally decided to come over and join.. In less than 6 months we have already seen an incredible improvement in our son's wrestling.. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I went in with no experience or knowledge of the sport, and I immediately felt welcomed and encouraged by everyone there. I genuinely could not ask for a better coach. Manny encourages a positive, close-knit culture, and he genuinely cares about his students and their success. Training is always the highlight of my day! I would recommend Animal House to anybody.
The staff at Animal House - and the skills and expertise of the coach I worked with are great! I was a little out of my element coming into boxing just to learn a new skill. And everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
