I started training here six months ago after my friend suggested I check out Animal House, and I can’t say enough good things about it! When I first walked through the door I was honestly nervous since I haven’t ever done combat sports before joining. Manny and everyone else at the gym have been so welcoming and friendly! I really enjoy training at Animal House. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. Manny is an amazing coach/teacher. He gives just enough instruction and feedback where you are improving but not so much that it feels overwhelming. He does this with a combination of humor and tons of patience. If you want to be a highly skilled fighter this is the gym for you. If you want to learn skills to defend yourself this is the gym for you. Amazing Place for Adults Kids and any level of training and learning real MMA. I would recommend the whole family try it least once, again great place. Update This place is only getting better!!!
AMAZING AMAZING GYM. As soon as we walked in to this gym we felt welcomed and I like our child would learn so much. Very knowledgeable and professional!
My husband and I have been going here the last few weeks to learn muay thai. Manny is an incredible teacher and I can't recommend his programs more! Don't hesitate to give this gym a try!
