I really enjoy training at Animal House. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. Manny is an amazing coach/teacher. He gives just enough instruction and feedback where you are improving but not so much that it feels overwhelming. He does this with a combination of humor and tons of patience. My husband and I have been going here the last few weeks to learn muay thai. Manny is an incredible teacher and I can't recommend his programs more! Don't hesitate to give this gym a try!
This is not your typical gym where you hit bags and spar. Manny is meticulous with his details, stressing technique and smart training over everything. He's in it to thoroughly build people not just collect a check and have you sweat. Highly recommend.
This place is great! Coach Manny is very knowledgeable and the kids are always happy to see him.
Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I went in with no experience or knowledge of the sport, and I immediately felt welcomed and encouraged by everyone there. I genuinely could not ask for a better coach. Manny encourages a positive, close-knit culture, and he genuinely cares about his students and their success. Training is always the highlight of my day! I would recommend Animal House to anybody.
