We have been customers of Animal House since we were kids and today was so disappointing. Lady owner refused to sell kittens to us after playing with them and our child falling in love with them. They deserve a loving home that we could provide. They were so gentle with our child. I cannot believe after so many years of doing business with you guys we were treated like this. RecommendedI called the Animal House Cincinnati today in my search to help someone rehome 6 Guinea Pigs. I am very very impressed by this rescue and the staff there. They were willing to help by immediately taking in all 6 of the critters. Upon arrival they were very caring and professional. They offered to help carry the animals in, were knowledgeable and thoughtful by assuring me the animals, including the 2 pregnant females, would be well cared for. The woman who took them was genuine and professional. Great organization.
Everyone was very patient and kind. They took the time to help us pick the right puppy for our family. They gave us great advice and took the time to answer all of our questions. We have had our Ava for over a year now and couldn't be happier with our little princess 💕
THANKFUL to Animal House Pet Store in Mt. Healthy and to God for them taking in the kitten we found this morning to find it a good home!!! They are good people with a great love for animals!
We absolutely love Animal house! We had such a great experience here! The owners are amazing people and the staff is so friendly! They are so helpful and make sure you have everything that you need for your puppy! We highly recommended coming here to find your perfect fur baby! We finally got our puppy and couldn’t be more happy, especially our girls! 💕🐶
We went in to check out the store after seeing a cute pair of puppies online and could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, you can tell they love the animals and knew a lot about the breeds and specific animals. Our newest family addition is enjoying himself and making himself right at home with our two kids.
I love Animal House! We got our adorable puppy there and they sent us home with everything we need plus some training tools and support for the future. Fantastic place!
I went to adopt my new puppy, a border collie/australian shepherd mix now named Ivy. The staff was so responsive and friendly. Mike (I believe he is the owner) especially helped me pick out supplies for my new puppy! They make sure you have everything you need including training guides, a bag of food, and vet/grooming references! 100% recommend going here!
They esp Mike were very attentive but not invasive. All the pets are well cared for and happy due to loving staff. We’ll be back tomorrow to pick up a new addition to our family- a Corgi poo <3
