When I went to this store I was told these dogs were on consignment from local breeders. These are puppy mill puppies. Please follow the link below for proof. If you would like a puppy, please go to a reputable breeder, not here. RecommendedI believe Animal House does receive Milled Puppies However these puppies have to go somewhere. It is shameful that the Puppy Mills are permitted to exist in our society but they do. We drove an hour yesterday afternoon to purchase one. I was anxious to see the black and white girl. My husband was interested in one of the brown and white. We left sad and quite frankly concerned for at least the runt. I am familiar with owning a runt. My 11 year old Boston that just passed away last month was the runt of the litter. Really nice people and keeps the place clean
Animal House located at 7869 Hamilton, Cincinnati, OH 45231 has purchased a total of 462 puppies in an 18 month period (2019-2020) from out of state breeders. A majority of these puppies came from non USDA licensed breeders in Indiana & Kentucky. 26 non USDA licensed “hobby” breeders to be exact. We got this beautiful girl here about 4 weeks back unfortunately her health declined as she having stomach issues and when I took her to the vet they gave her meds and not soon after she got worse with vets wanting more money out of you just to figure out the problem plus more to fix it I couldn’t afford it at this time.
