I had a very disappointing experience at Animal House and will not be returning. When I first started bringing my two small dogs, my bill was typically under $100 for both of them, which included a bath and haircut. Over time, the prices kept increasing without any clear explanation. At one point they began adding a $15 “dematting” fee, even when my dogs were regularly groomed.
