The doctors are great but the staff is rude. the managers refuse to let you file complaints if needed. they are ripping people off for pet meds. go to 1800 petmeds instead.

My sweet pup was so sick, and the staff was amazing. They were so kind to him and me as they diagnosed him. Dr. Morris was wonderful. The tech carried him around because she didn't want him to have to walk. Unfortunately, we had to put sweet pup to sleep. They truly cared for us and helped us through the grieving process. They even sent us flowers. I can't express how grateful we are for the entire staff. ♥️

My dogs have always seen Dr. Morris and staff at AHSWFW. Everyone I have dealt with have been very helpful, kind and understanding. My boy Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge today and Dr Morris was an angel.
