I was told after we put our dog Bubba to sleep and had him cremated that there was no time frame to pick up the ashes. I was told to pick up when I was ready. I had a special box with his name on it costing me a total of almost $400! I was told that they dispersed his ashes under a rose bush on the property and threw out the box I had made. I never received a phone call or letter regarding this because the office staff failed to update my new contact info. I am so upset and my kids are devastated.
RecommendedWonderful staff, kept me updated on my dog’s health, and made sure he was well taken care of!
Got my cat spayed here and she ended up popping her stitches due to the fact they refused to give her a cone!! And ended up with a horrible infection that I had to have dealt with at a different vet. Also her stitches were done horribly and when we picked her up she was drugged up we thought something was wrong with her. Would never ever go here again. Now my poor kitty had to go through another surgery due to this vet not taking good care of her. Also it stinks really bad in here. Do not bother going here.
The Doctor and staff here were amazing. We had to let go of our beloved dog this summer. All the staff were absolutely amazing, respectful and so caring during this difficult time. Thank you so much for making a very hard time a bit easier.
The vet is amazing! My dog jasper came in because he wasn’t eating,drinking or playing like a puppy should. They knew exactly which test to run.and they were right! I went to a another vet earlier in the day and they wanted to run multiple different test. They were also able to setup a payment plan for me so my dog could get his treatment! Well 2 days later jasper is eating all his food drinking water and he’s not playing yet, but he is getting more active by walking around more than what he was doing! They are amazing!
Well I’m going to leave this message in words that can describe the issues I have had to endure in the last 2 days. Trying to find the kind words, anger/heartbroken but I have been shown the true side of the office manager ( Emily ) I have 3 dogs and One cat that all have been going to this vet pretty much from Day one, we had pleasant times, some tough times too as one dog is territorial, but this last visit really hit hard, as my cat has been throwing up and sick for quite...Continue Reading
