Really nice treated excellent by customer service everyone friendly from the moment I took my boxer in for treatment till I took her home doctor Perez awesome big shout out if you want the best care for your pet go nowhere but here !!!!
The doctor was careless with our guinea pig Charlie, Charlie was brought in to have an ingrown nail removed by Dr. Perez. But Dr. Perez did not even consult us, or gave us the option, or consequences of this procedure. Dr. Perez was negligent, he decided to remov the nail without any anesthesia and did not advise us he was doing it. Our Charlie died an hour later at our home, he had suffered a heart attack while having procedure done, it was too much pain for him to bare.
