This was our 4th attempt and 3rd vet In the past year for our dog that is not muzzle trained and does not want to be handled even for nail trimming. We loved the way Dr. Tarasof spent a good 10-15 minutes in the waiting area meeting us and Jelly, taking the time to get Jelly to take a treat and obey a command. We were impressed with how they all worked as a team, and with us, to come up with a way to get Jelly muzzled and treated. Dr Sandy and the whole staff care about each pet and they are so compassionate with their owner when there is trouble with their loved ones. Great to hear the new addition to the staff!
Came in today with our cat Molly and was very impressed with the friendly compassionate care by Dr. Sarfaty and the staff there. This was first time here and couldn't believe how calm Molly was during her exam, vaccines, and treatment of her bad nail. Glad we decided to bring her to Animal Hospital of White Plains as agree with all the terrific reviews that we read.
Honest and loving is the best way to describe the staff here. We now need to spell Vet in our house because when my dog hears the word gets so excited he'll cry by the door for hours just to go there! We love Doctor T and Cisco!
Dr. Tarasoff and all her staff provide excellent patient care. I've had pets for 50 years, and this is the best veterinary hospital ever.
